Every single person at the Holmes organization is trained to deliver outstanding positive attitude and customer service. Such a simple concept, but sadly, so difficult and elusive for most business, but NOT for Holmes. Next time you need building supplies, try visiting a business that has a front parking lot full of like 60 vehicles for the employees,,, because that is how many folks they need to continue to deliver great service to the numerous contractors lined up all the way into traffic on Airline to do business. Want to be a pro,,,do business where the Pros go,,,Holmes!

Every time I go to Holmes I always have a great experience getting everything I need Mr Gene or Mr Randy always help me out picking the right item I need they're very courteous and friendly I would highly recommend this place for all your maintenance and Lawn Care needs that they can handle

Super place to buy most things you would buy at Home Depot or Lowes. Particularly lumber products and other construction stuff. Employees are cheerful and genuinely seem happy to be there unlike those other places where they seem like they are mad they have to be at work. Pleasant experience!

As soon as I walked through the door I was offered assistance. I bought 4 interior doors. The quality was good and the price was lower than I expected. They even exchanged one later when I discovered that I needed a right-hand rather than a left-hand configuration. Well done! I will be back to do business in the future.

Just got a new door built by Holmes building materials and could not be more pleased with the overall experience. The owner who must be extremely busy even took the time to call and follow up and was part of the whole process. The installers could not be more professional. I knew this was a family owned business but the level of service and knowledge puts any large company to shame. Thank you so much Mr. Holmes for your companies service and you will have my business for a lifetime. Job well done sir.

I went in there looking for windows and a plumbing part that wasn't standard. The window guys told me I didn't need to get new windows and gave me the names of a couple guys who would be able to repair them for me, saving me money and time. The plumbing guy was even better and we brainstormed potential solutions until we came up with one that would work he spent 20 minutes with me and then $10 later I had everything I needed. The staff is great, I highly recommend them.

I am very impressed and inspired by the customer service at Holmes. From Ms. Ann Smith of the sales department to the guy working with the lift , everybody treated us with so much attention and kindly, even knowing that we were looking to buy just four pieces of wood. They just gained a raving fan. Looking forward to doing business with this company. That explain why this company is so many years in business.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff and large selection of siding inventory. The only place in town that had what I needed for my job. They cut the 16 ft piece in half so I could haul it easier. Great customer service!

Ernest from Homes Lumber is by far the most amazing delivery driver I have ever met. Not only did he help me move everything off my carport to drop my material, he was so kind and professional. What ever they are paying you Ernest, IT'S NOT ENOUGH. Thank you.
